Automatic closing
An additional soundproof element is a self-closing mechanism. A soft-closing mechanism is a door closer with hydraulic damping, which is fitted with a bolt hole in the door leaf.

Drop Down Threshold Fitted under the DoorSometimes less is more: Our sound-proofing glass doors meet all the requirements according to DIN 4109 and in accordance with the sound insulation class 1, for increased wellbeing, more peace, and improved concentration.
Drop-down threshold mechanism
The drop-down threshold "sound-Ex" is an automatic door seal. The sealing profile seals the door when closed by pressing it down on the floor. For our soundproof doors, you can choose between two drop-down threshold mechanisms, both being available in aluminium F1 finish or similar stainless steel finish.
